By accessing, browsing, submitting forms, or enrolling in any offline classroom program, online live bootcamp, or hybrid course offered by Nova Skills, you ("User", "Student", "Enrollee") explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. Our mission is to bridge the industry-skill gap by providing industry-aligned curriculums, hands-on capstone projects, expert mentorship, and dedicated 1-on-1 career placement support for students, working professionals, and entrepreneurs.

3. Website Use & User Conduct

You agree to use our website and learning portals strictly for lawful, educational, and personal development purposes. When using Nova Skills platforms, you expressly agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our servers, networks, or LMS infrastructure.
• Use automated bots, web scrapers, spiders, or data mining tools to extract content, student lists, or proprietary course assets.
• Transmit viruses, malware, trojans, ransomware, or any harmful computing code.
• Impersonate Nova Skills staff, instructors, mentors, or other students, or misrepresent your affiliation with the Institute.
• Post or transmit defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or harassing content on institute forums, live class chats, or community portals.

4. Course Information & Curriculum Disclosure

Nova Skills continuously updates its course curriculums, tools, software versions, and project modules to align with rapidly evolving technology and hiring standards.

• Curriculum Modifications: Nova Skills reserves the right to modify course structures, lecture schedules, assigned mentors, or software tool sets without prior notice to enhance educational outcomes.
• Certification Requirements: Certificates of Completion are awarded solely to students who fulfill minimum attendance thresholds (at least 85%), complete mandatory practical assignments, and successfully submit capstone projects.
• Placement Support Disclaimer: While Nova Skills provides extensive career support—including resume building, portfolio guidance, mock interviews, and access to industry hiring connections—enrolment does not guarantee a job offer, specific salary package, or employment outcome. Placement success depends on student performance, merit, and interview clearing.

5. Admissions & Enrolment Policy

Admissions to Nova Skills training programs are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis subject to eligibility criteria and seat availability in specified batches:

• Accuracy of Information: Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during enrolment (e.g., full name, contact details, academic background).
• Identity Verification: Nova Skills reserves the right to request government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport) for identity verification and certificate issuance.
• Student Code of Conduct: Students must maintain professional decorum, respect faculty and peers, and adhere to classroom/online discipline. Nova Skills reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrolment without refund in cases of gross misconduct or academic dishonesty.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, assets, and software components available on our website and LMS portals are the exclusive intellectual property of Nova Skills Education Institute or its licensors:

• Protected Assets: Logos, trademarks, domain names, course video lectures, slide decks, assignment guides, code repositories, UI/UX designs, images, and text content are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
• Limited Student License: Enrolled students are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access course materials strictly for individual learning.
• Prohibited Distribution: You may NOT record, reproduce, redistribute, resell, screen-record, publish, or upload course lectures, LMS content, or proprietary study materials to torrent sites, YouTube, Telegram, or any public or commercial platform.

7. User Submissions, Assignments & Feedback

During your learning journey, you may submit practical projects, code repositories, design prototypes, assignments, testimonials, or feedback ("User Submissions"):

• Ownership: Students retain ownership of their original creative code, artwork, and design projects created during the course.
• Promotional License: By submitting assignments, capstones, or reviews, you grant Nova Skills a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to feature, showcase, and highlight your work, project portfolio, or testimonial on our website, social media channels, marketing brochures, and placement showcases for promotional and alumni attribution purposes.

8. Payments & Fee Terms (Future-Ready)

Course fee payment terms govern all financial transactions remitted to Nova Skills Education Institute:

• Payment Modes: Fees may be remitted via offline modes (Cash, Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS direct bank transfer at our campus desk) as well as online digital payment channels (UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and integrated online payment gateways such as Razorpay and Stripe).
• Currency & Taxes: All course prices listed on our website are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
• Installment Plans: If opting for an EMI or installment payment plan, students agree to clear remaining fee installments on or before the due dates. Failure to clear fee installments may result in temporary suspension of LMS access and classroom attendance.
• Refund Terms: Fee cancellations and refunds are governed strictly by our official Refund Policy.

9. Third-Party Services & External Links

Our website and training programs may utilize, reference, or link to third-party tools, software platforms, payment gateways, or external websites (e.g., Figma, Canva, GitHub, Google Workspace, OpenAI, Razorpay, WhatsApp):

10. Limitation of Liability & Warranties Disclaimer
